As the leaves turn and the air cools, Tanta invites you to savor the comforting flavors of fall through our Seasonal Chef Series Menu: Fall Edition—a limited-time culinary experience crafted to showcase the vibrant essence of Peruvian cuisine.

This exclusive menu features dishes that blend creativity with tradition, starting with the Tiradito Andino—delicate salmon with sunchoke leche de tigre and quinoa pop—followed by Lamb Pachamanquero, grilled Australian lamb with a soulful Andean pachamanca sauce, and Uñita Kaipy, a snow crab claw wrapped in shrimp dumpling paste with Peruvian chili crab glaze.

The main courses are designed to share: Porchetta, slow-cooked for 24 hours and glazed with chicha morada balsamic, and Short Rib Ragu & Squash Tortellini, featuring tender braised short rib and ají amarillo-cilantro reduction. The experience ends on a sweet note with Qulla—caramelized apples, pumpkin mousse, and salted caramel.
