From June 22 to 28, Tanta Chicago celebrates Cebiche Week, a special tribute to one of Peru’s most iconic dishes and the flavors that define its table.
For one week only, our kitchen presents three cebiche specials inspired by the diversity of Peru’s regions: the Coast, the Andes, and the Amazon. Each creation brings its own expression of freshness, color, and character, offering a different way to experience one of Peru’s most beloved culinary traditions.
Bright, bold, and deeply rooted in Peruvian identity, cebiche is more than a dish. It is a celebration of the sea, the land, and the ingredients that connect Peru’s many regions through flavor. From citrus and ají to herbs, seafood, and vibrant textures, every cebiche tells a story of place and tradition.
