The holiday season arrives at Tanta with a festive menu crafted to celebrate the flavors and spirit of Christmas. From December 19 to 24, enjoy four limited-edition dishes designed to bring comfort, indulgence, and a touch of Peruvian warmth to your celebrations.
Begin with the Crab and Caviar Crispy Rice, featuring sushi rice filled with cangrejo, avocado mousse, ikura, cilantro, togarashi and cebichera sauce. Continue with the Porchetta Limeña, our pork belly porchetta served with sweet potato pure, frisse salad and teriyake pancagla glaze.
For a show-stopping main, the Poterhouse Navideño (48 oz) combines arroz arabe, waldorf salad, black pepper sauce and chimichurri—a generous and celebratory dish perfect for sharing. To finish, the Esfera Navideña offers panettone mousse, hot chocolate ganache, spiced sable, dehydrated merengue and mirror glaze for a sweet holiday finale.
