PISCO MONTH

In Peru, the first Saturday of February is dedicated to the Pisco Sour, a national holiday for a national cocktail. But here at Tanta, one day simply isn’t enough to honor a spirit with such history, versatility, and cultural weight. So instead, we’re turning it into a month-long celebration.

Throughout February, Tanta Chicago will feature a special menu of Pisco cocktails that highlight both the classics that shaped Peruvian cocktail culture and the modern expressions that continue to redefine it. Bright citrus, tropical fruit, botanical notes, texture, and perfume — Pisco has the range, and we’re putting it front and center.

This year’s celebration also carries purpose beyond the glass. A portion of proceeds from Pisco Month will support the Pachacútec Culinary Institute in Peru, an organization training the next generation of culinary talent and strengthening the future of Peruvian cuisine from within. For us, it’s a way to give back to the industry and country that made Tanta possible.

So consider Pisco Sour Day the opening toast. This February, we raise a glass to Pisco Month at Tanta — to culture, craft, and cocktails that keep evolving without forgetting where they come from.

Cheers.
